i did not change the language at all - it's still set to "Deutsch (Deutsch)"
to reproduce: just change the oo icons target from "C:\Program
Files\OpenOffice.org 3\..." to "C:\Programme\OpenOffice.org 3\..."
btw: i can confirm this bug on OO320m8
