------- Additional comments from ok_...@openoffice.org Sat Jan 2 05:13:20 +0000 2010 ------- Attempt to open a particular DOC file; OO/swriter fails to open the file and becomes completely locked up, totally unresponsive to keyboard, mouse, or OS. Eventually give up and use Task Manager to close OO. Thinking my older OO3.0.x might be the problem, I downloaded and installed the latest build (#9420). The problem remains the same w/the newer version. If you'd like me to send you the DOC file that causes the problem, provide and email address and I will.
