------- Additional comments from k_iva...@openoffice.org Sun Jan 3 09:21:53 +0000 2010 ------- When we create a Cyrillic text in Writter (in Bulgarian or Russian language – does not mater) a very strange behaviour of the bookmarks is found. 1.When create a ODF document (please see the attached Lorem ipsum in Russian) every thing works as expected. We created 2 comments and 2 bookmarks. (please see Bookmark_input.png and Bookmark_navigation_ODF.png) 2.Then when save and start the Navigator tool we can click on the bookmarks and navigate to them. The bookmark text is readable on Russian (Bulgarian) and functionality may be accepted as OK (even the place holder of the bookmark is not visible and one can accidentally delete it in the process of working wit the document) 3.Then we save the ODF document as Microsoft Word 95/2000/XP doc (please see the Lorem_ipsum_Rus.doc). 4.Unfortunately this document now consist of one bookmark instead of 2 and the text of the bookmark is totally unreadable. (we have a garbage collection of letters instead of our text) 5.Then we try to use the Navigation tool to navigate between the bookmarks (unfortunately now we have just one instead of 2 so we click on it). What happens? 6.The text between the bookmarks we have inserted get selected (get blue) 7.Then we try to input another bookmark in the same Microsoft Word 95/2000/XP doc document. (Please see Bookmark_input_DOC-3.png) And we save this document. 8.After we saved the Lorem_ipsum_Rus.doc we close it an open it again. Then we see 2 bookmarks – both unreadable. (Please see the Bookmark_navigation_DOC-4.png) 9.Now the behaviour of the navigation between the bookmarks in the DOC document became more strange – when click on the first bookmark (which represents both bookmarks we have inserted in the ODF variant) again the text between those bookmarks get selected (get blue). But when we click on the second unreadable bookmark (which we put between the places of first two) we get selected the text between third bookmark and the second. (please see Bookmark_navigation_DOC-4.png) 10.Finally we try to save this Microsoft Word 95/2000/XP doc document as ODF and we get the file Lorem_ipsum_Rus-2.odt --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
