Problem is, that the field (TOC in Word is a field command) is updated
automatically on import in Writer. Better would be to just read the so called
"field result" from doc format. Same as issue 84945.
Updating the field in MS Word will end in "Field error". The Pages software
seems to create the field content "manually". So only solving issue 84945 will
help here.
