Note that I changed the currency formats and removed the blank between minus
sign and amount, no locale data on any system has blanks there in between. I
also "beautified" the data file by applying indentation, removing empty
DefaultName elements, and sorting the FormatElement elements by their
formatindex values for future comparison. See checked-in revision.
