Reported effect is reproducible with "Ooo 3.2.0 RC1 WIN XP DE-multilingual
version German UI activated [OOo320m8 (Build 9472)]", but I can't see a bug.

Proceeded as reported and step 8 created a new document containing only 1 sheet.
Formula in 'A1' references to not existing "Sheet2", and so it's absolutely
correct that the error message #REF! appears.

Expectation that reference should in new document should reference to source
spreadsheet is not comprehensible and incorrect: If a forumula in
"original.ods#Sheet1.B1" would reference to 'B2' in the same sheet, what can be
expected after the sheet has been copied due to report to a new document?
 a) Reference to 'B2' in the same sheet or
 b) to 'B2' in souce ocument / source sheet?
Of course I will expect case "a"

I also tried to copy/paste the source sheet into n empte document containig an
(empty) Sheet2. In this case the formula remained and pointed to 'Sheet2.A1' in
the destination document.

So INVALID.
