I don't know if this is due to a difference between English English and
American
English, but I was under the impression that certain words, like 'a' and 'in'
and
'of', etc should not be capitalised in Title Case (unless they're the first
word
, of course), eg

The Lord of the Rings

I don't know what rules govern this, maybe there's something on askoxford.com's
faqs, but it would be a nice option to have.
