That is not fully true. Starting a selection from the beginning of a paragraph
to the end of the preceeding parafgraph will always include both paragraphs to
the selection, even when it is numbered/bulleted. The bullet is handled as an
attribute, not as real content, thus it cannot be selected by using cursor keys
(only be clicking into it).
This is industry standard and won't be changed.
