I received a message that word could not open the file. This happened on three other computers. (Since they are not mine, I can't just download open office on them.) I am a simple user. I don't know what this may mean. Are the open office files I send as attachments not opening elsewhere? Perhaps my ignorance is at fault (always a possibility.)
