So what about having it as a option in Tools > Options ("warn before delete all
notes"), that defaults to "no".
When the user would change it to "yes":
- in case of "delete all", one would only see the message box once.
- in case of "delete all notes for this user", one would only see the message
box once per user who has added notes
- in case "delete (only) this note", I agree you shouldn't nag the user with a
message box, even when the "warn before delete all notes" option would be "yes"
