To reproduce it, install OOo 3.2RC2 en_US, and add some langpack, I used Hungarian and Russian on linux 32bit, with Hungarian locale. - start OOo, with original settings - open any data base open any table, query and form the title bar shows default settings - Change UI settings, to one of the installed language - restart OOo - open same file, check table, query, form in design view - see attached screenshot with English UI and Hu locale settings, Hu text remains - change to the third language and restart OOo (in my case Ru UI settings), the stings changes at all places (see query_designer_ru.png screenshot) - Change back to original settings, restart OOo (Hu in my case), and strings remains Russian (query_designer_hu.png screenshot) - Change the settings to US, restart OOo, strings remains russian (see querydesigner_en_ru.png screenshot) I think, it is more an Base issue than l10n UI connected, may be I'm wrong. I tested with updated to m8 install, deleted user profile, and clean install they worked in same way.
