Open any odb file wit form and report created with SRB.
-open for/report in edit mode, change something, move on control for example
- go to the menu File>Close
- warning pop-up came up
- the warning contain chamged from/report name added 1 to each name, for example
if form has aname foo, then in warning will be foo1, or Report changes to
Report1.
- see attached screenshots

- if you saves it, saves with the original name
I found it on m8 originally, after that upgraded to m9, deleted user profile,
and made clean install.
Screenshots, taken with OOo clean install.
