------- Additional comments from sergiocalleg...@openoffice.org Sat Jan 16 11:13:19 +0000 2010 ------- File was not from external format, but had the following history: 1) Initially created with OO 3.1.1 from http://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/ (only place where I could find a working Italian 64 bit OO - the one in debian/ubuntu is buggy with subscripts/superscripts) 2) Then, after an upgrade to RC1 edited on the OO 3.2 build 8 from the same site This was almost ok, apart from the fact that OO kept saving the file multiple times on autosave, leaving many 0B files in backup dir. 3) Then, after an upgrade to RC2 from openoffice site (I realized that the 64bit italian build is now available), I had the issue. Reverted to OO 3.1.1 from official openoffice file, recovered content from an older backup copy. 4) Moved on another machine where I had OO 3.2 build 9 (RC2 again) from http://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/ and experienced the issue again. On the first machine the issue manifested with OO complaining during save that some file in tmp dir was not accessible. Then the save resulted in a file that did not have any OLE object. On the second machine the issue manifested with OO saving without errors, but again a saved file missing all OLE objects (OO giving a small icon with the letters OLE for some of them). Sorry, I do not have the "bad" file. I only have a recovered good file. I can send it to someone personally but I cannot put it on bug tracker. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
