So point 2 is fixed. Also my point 3 seems to be fixed meanwhile. When exiting the presentation mode, the slide pane still works. Remains point 1, which is, that with OOo1.9.91 the presentation still crashes, when starting the presentation for the first time. Some error about a "purely virtual function call" comes up.
