"the calc lib" is not a lib built in module "calc", but indeed the "libcalc", and we're talking 'bout moving libcalc into the Base module. Well. Thinking more about it, I'm pretty undecided. If we move it into the "Base" module, then the DB UI will offer access to spreadsheets, but cannot provide it. If we leave it in Calc, then the UI will not even offer it. Where the latter is more honest, in some sense. Still, I also can see that offering spreadsheets in the UI, and providing a reasonable error message, has its value. Anybody having really convincing :) arguments for the move?
