Example: If a column has a note in every cell, then randomly calc will lose some notes, and in more rare cases they are moved to an adjacent cell. The process continues slowly over time - more and more notes are gradually lost as time goes on. Occurrence: Semi-rare. If working daily on a spreadsheet, I may notice lost notes once per week. Cause: Unknown. I have not witnessed the moment when the note was lost or moved. I suspect it is dropped when file is first loaded by Calc, or when moving between sheets. I cannot reliably replicate the problem except through daily practical usage. Many of my notes contain the same text information, but unique and copied notes are lost at similar rates. Effect: I no longer can rely on the information contained in notes to remain present in the document.
