Reproducible with WRITER and CALC (others not tested), "Ooo 3.2.0 RC2 WIN XP
DE-multilingual version Spanish UI activated [OOo320m9 (Build 9476)]"!
I can't decide whether it's a help Error or an UI bug. In Help I find under
'Teclas de acceso directo de OpenOffice.org Writer':
"Control + E - Centrado", so the function seems to be correct
But UI Menu says something different, please see screenshots
By the way, UI translation for this language is really poor, pls. see attached
screenshot
