The entry for this is taken from the system. You seem to use a German keyboard
without an "Mayús" or "Shift", but an "Umschalt" key.
About "Ctrl" instead of "Strg" in Help: WHERE in help?
Please note issue 108563 ("Spanish translation flaws in new strings for 3.2") -
There are no examples given, but the Spanish translation for 3.2 seems to have
problems concerning "new strings". Ctrl/Strg is not exactly new, but your
finding MIGHT be related to that problem. Please give more details.
