If the first image's anchor is on page, the first two images are "grayed out" in the navigator and two additional images are listed (32 instead of having only 30). The last image is on the page plus. Some images only have an anchor but are not shown. If the first image's anchor is in region, the first image is "grayed out" in the navigator and one additional image is listed (32 instead of having only 30).
