I just tried to launch one of my programs in silent mode use the following shortcut: "C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 3\program\scalc.exe" -invisible "C:\Users\gv\Desktop\FACTURE2010.ods" and the sheets shows despite the -invisible argument!
