------- Additional comments from mux2...@openoffice.org Wed Jan 27 12:42:51 +0000 2010 ------- 1. Open a new empty writer document. 2. Set the zoom factor so that only half of the writer document fits on the screen vertically, i.e. you get a vertical scroll bar. 3. Insert/Comment 4. Paste lots of text into the comment. E.g. use the example text from issue 108709: http://www.openoffice.org/nonav/issues/showattachment.cgi/67439/ms3.txt 5. The first UI bug is that the comment is not rendered completely until you click into it. 6. Try to edit the end of the comment's text. The first usability issue is that I need to scroll both the comments own scrollbar and the document's scrollbar to get to the end of the comment text. The bigger problem is that when you type something OOo scrolls the document's scrollbar (NOT the comment's own scrollbar!) back up so that the cursor (and the text I type) is no longer visible and I have to type blind. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
