The target milestone may be 2.0 because it is report incompability with 1.x... --- How? First of all, You should use vector based pic, not png, jpg etc. WMF is good :o) Load the picture into draw. Click in drawed part of clipatr, and hold the mouse button. The shape of vector based gfx will change to dashed like linestyle. Agter that you can drag it into Gallery panel, then you can release. The embedded image should appear in gallery...
