------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Apr 20 14:36:48 -0700 2005 ------- The Style definition dialog for Paragraph Styles does not allow the user to specify that paragraph numbering should restart for the Style. Contrast with the same dialog for an individual paragraph - the relevant options are absent. Example of use: Create a new Paragraph Style linked with List x Start. Set Linked With to List x. On the Numbering tab, Numbering Style is Numbering x, specify numbering restarts at 1. This could be used in a document like this (a trivial exam sheet). The paras marked with * would benefit from this: A. Section A 1. What is 2+2? * a. 0 * b. 2 c. 4 2. What is 3+3? a. 0 * b. 3 c. 6 B. Section B 1. Opposite of hot? * a. cold b. warm ... The use of the Restart Numbering toolbar button achieves the same effect maually (at the cost of 2 extra mouse clicks and a button search). it belongs in the Style definition though. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
