I assume you meant c:/Documents and Settings/<windows user name>/Application Data/OpenOffice.org3/3/user Note the /3/ as without this the user directory doesn't exist. Having done that it took me through registration again. Once complete I clicked on Database - nothing Selected New>Database and got the same error!!
