Frames edited in OOo 3.2 RC versions lost their positions after reloading. See
the attached pictures and the test file (created by OOo 3.2). In OOo 3.1, the
frames of the test file have correct margin positions, but not in OOo 3.2.
(Interesting, saving the test file in OOo 3.1, it will be correct in OOo 3.2, 
too.)
