This bug is still present in v3.1.1 and does not depend on the platform (I could reproduce it on Kubuntu 09.10 as well). Also, it seems that the bug is not in Calc itself but in a OOo core component - writer notes seem to encounter issues with hyperlinks as well, cf http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=104513 Actually, I am not even sure, how much sense it makes in calc to create hyperlinks in notes anyway. Normally, the note is located outside of the cell it is attached to. As the note disappears if your mouse leaves the corresponding cell, you cannot hoover to click it anyway. Also, even in the edit mode of the note, clicking on the hyperlink does not open the related link adress.
