In solenv/inc/target.mk, its elements would be prefixed with "$(COMMON_BUILD_TOOLS)/" and then included in the CLASSPATH. It would be more useful if the elements of EXTRAJARFILES would be defined to be full pathnames (on Windows: in X:/... notation, not /cygdrive/X/... notation), and solenv/inc/target.mk would include them unmodified in CLASSPATH.
