2010 -------
MS Office 2007 SP2 start to support ODF (OpenDocument format) 1.1.
If we install ODF plugin, we can open both ODF 1.1 and 1.2 files. We  want to
use ODF plugin (ODF 1.2) because it can provide better ODF support.

However, we cannot find whether there is a difference in the versions of ODF
file.  (They are using the same extension and the same icon.) 

We need the functions like below to the plugin so that the we can find the
difference.

- functions to find the version of ODF/meta.xml
- functions to find the software(version) that update the file last time
