When a function (calc add-in) have different local names, then in order to input
the function you input its name according to currently used UI language. Please,
can you make it possible to input that function in any of its local names? This
even would make possible to have alternative function names within one UI
language. For example, someone likes "NUMBERTEXT", someone likes something
different, maybe a local or maybe a shorter variant. Functions could have their
local and their canonical names. In the functions wizard a function is presented
with its local name (the canonical name is presented in the brackets), but other
local names are active too - no matter what UI language you are using, and you
can input a Chinese alias on a German UI, for example). You could convert all
formulas to their local or canonical view at once by accessing a shortcut menu.

OOO320m12 behavior:
If you store the document and open it with a different UI language, the function
is recognized, its name is switched to that language. All works fine, but one
function can't have two or more names within one UI language.
