It is impossible to collaborate via MS Word forms, or to fill out any forms that are sent to me in MS Word format (which practically all forms come as). It is very unprofessional for me to say "sorry I use OpenOffice, please don't expect me to be able to fill out your MS Word form"... but that is what I have to do.
