After 7 years watching this one, I hope it can be fixed soon. @tonyaker - I'm sorry to hear of your problems with OOo. We moved to it 3 years ago, and we get the odd moan and groan about it, but most staff are fairly happy with it. I have encountered this particular bug a few times, but not as many as I thought. If you're able to interchange docs as PDF, or as ODT, or change the original templates, OOo is much happier.
