This behavior was observed with OO 3.2 on two different platforms: WinXP and
Ubuntu Linux.

Here is how to reproduce it:

* Open the attached odf file. (Or create a new text file from scratch, that
simply contains several paragraphs of text.)

* Stay in the normal edit mode of Writer.

* Position the text page such that you can see the end of the first paragraph
and a lot of the following text.

* Now type in some text at the end of the first paragraph (should be in the
upper half of your monitor) such that it becomes longer by one line.

* Once you start entering the newly typed text into a new line, STOP and quickly
WATCH the displayed text on your monitor.

* My observation: Every ~ 2 seconds one single text line (every 3rd or so) of
the following text jumps down by some pixels.

This behavior was observed on two totally different computers, that even run to
different operating systems.

I personally find this behavior very distracting. Once you typed some text, it
takes up to 10 seconds until the rest of the following text has stopped moving.
Though it's not a big thing, I would consider this a severe bug because it
concerns the mostly used feature of OO (to type a text document) it bothers the
user always (no matter what text document he is writing) and there is no
workaround that I found. I feel this has a rather big impact on the usability :(
