[/quote] What I would like to see in Calc (if this issue is not limited to Writer): I would like to have a possibility that "New Window" and "Arrange" (horizontally, vertically, tiled, etc) gives me two windows for the same .ods file with the option to work on one sheet in one window *and* any other sheet (from the same .ods file) in the other window. "Split" or Freeze frame" doesn't allow for working on a choice of sheets. I currently open a new window, size it, and position it manually. I have even got OpenOffice to remember the size and position of the second window. So for me the only drawback is the loss of a couple of rows devoted to tool bars, etc. If this could be done in OpenOffice, I'd gain these rows. (No, not everyone has mega screens and if one of the aims of OpenOffice is to attract new users, please, please introduce this feature.)
