The reason for the bug report was the backtrace which I thought would benefit you as a debugging tool. The oo was downloaded from your website, version 3.2 engb. This does not happen anymore. Tested three template pages. All OK. The original page was loaded as a template, filling in the blanks and printed. The address information was copied and pasted from the Internet to the blanks then formatting removed. The original document was a fax cover sheet and I do not permanently save copies since I keep the original. I have used this document template for 3 to 5 years with no problems.
