Have you tried to rename the OpenOffice.org folder in your 'Application Data'
before starting the Office? Looks like something has damaged the setting files
in this folder.
As you you can imagine this is not a common OOo problem. There won't be a
release with such a problem. Nevertheless this is not a help desk. That is what
the mailing lists and forums are for.
