When I do mail merge or labels and tell it to print out from a number to another number, I only get out 1 less. Example: I print out 1 to 5 pages or labels and I get entry/label 1 to 4 I print out 6 to 10 pages/labels and I get entry/label 6 to 9 Here is what I do: I choose menu File->Print out Then choose Yes to print out an address database. There I choose post 1 to 5 and prints out. The result is post 1 to 4. Same with labels. Choose menu File->New->Labels There you add an address from your database in any labels sheet and then press the new document. Then you do the same as above; File->Print out, yes, choose 1 to 5. If I choose print out 1 to 1 I get a document with the address! If I choose the number 1 entry and print out the selected one, that works fine.
