Sometimes they come back after switching to the print layout and back or after switching off and on comments. I created a test document with 5 pages: 2 comments at page 1, 4 at page 2, 5 comments at page 3, no comment at page 4 and 1 at page 5. After creating this document I closed it and opened it again - and all but the comments of the first page are not visible.
