12pt seems reasonable. The current factor is 8 pixels/line, with a cap of 15
lines (which is as arbitrary a 8pixels/line). This is what the result of the
last issue gave. Changing this to 12 points/line (depending on the display that
would be around 15 pixels per line, resulting in scroll speed about twice the
current speed).
At the same time I would change the independent event to transport the actual
pixel value laying the foundation for applications to be able to scroll the
correct pixel amount. I don't think it's that hard for the apps to scroll
pixelwise (aside from calc perhaps who might not want that at all seeing how
they use a rigid grid).
