Once in installed v 3.2 the problem arose, suggesting this is not a setting issue. I have attached an example document. By scrolling up and down through pages 2 - 4 you should see what I mean. The issue is sporadic. Please note, the example doc has an additional graphic on the first page that is intended to hide the page number of page 1.
