I checked with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE[OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]"! Steps to reproduce: 0. Open new WRITER document 1. Write in ARIAL "rihaiaibiofsklerit" - or similar ;-) 2. select all text using mouse opinter 4. Menu 'Format -> Character -> Position - Scale width' Modify from 100% to 70%, <ok> 5. newly select all text, if necessary 6. Menu 'Format -> Character -> Font Effects - Underline' <ok> 7. Export to PDF weitn menu 'File -> Export to PDF' (I did with jpg 85% 300dpi) 8. open exported document expected: underline under all characters actual: only 3/4 of word is underlined Please also see my demo-kit!
