If I would like to export *.ppt and *.pptx files to PDF/A-1. Then the pdf export is very slow, cpu runs on a very high value and the memory jumps over >300MB RAM!! Have this problem detected only for impress and if you want to convert to PDF/A-1. If you would like to select only PDF everything is fine - no problems.
