The attached document contains the simple formula which is calclulated 
incorrectly.

Take a look at cell G26. It contains following formula: =SUM(G23:G25).
The specified cells (G23 G24 G25) contain respected integers: 31 31 30.
Somehow, the displayed result is 90. 

Why is it so? We have a lot of such documents in our archive.
It would be great also to know of any workaround or recommendation if there are
any ways to detect and handle such errors.
