I had uninstalled all previous builds, and deleted my ~/.openoffice* directories before installing the new version. Not to make a fuss, but running the Sun version violates company policy (and there are good business reasons for this), therefore I have to run the IBMJava runtime (gcj, kaffee, etc could work as well, but their support is further behind). It is entirely possible that it requires a few environment tweaks to make OOo recognize my IBMjre, so documenting that would be an adequate workaround; if someone wants me to try something for that, please forward them on to me. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
