------- Additional comments from abramha...@openoffice.org Fri Feb 26 13:57:46 +0000 2010 ------- Hi, no I have not tried it because I do not know what the CCLeaner is, is it on my computer and if so where and I will give it a try. I am kicking myself because like the guy in issue 104421 I had OOo 3.1 on my computer and running fine. I then noticed (or was informed) there was an upgrade to 3.2 so I un-installed 3.1 and downloaded 3.2 and then the problems started. Wish I had not bothered. I am sorry about my knowledge on Computers, I am a photographer that uses my computer for photographic work and used OOo to do my letters/invoices. I can not last long without a replacement so any help you can give will be appreciated. I have now downloaded CCLeaner and run it but the above problem is still there?
