Position page of the Bullets and Numbering dialog is unusable with default point
measurement unit: it replaces ("rounds") the value (x) in typographical point to
the value (y) of the page width in centimetres, when x > y. See attached 
picture.

Test: set Tools->Options->OpenOffice.org Writer->General->Mesaurements Unit to
point, and go to the eg. Tools->Outline Numbering->Position page.
