Because you assign a hard character format - this is stored incorrectly in RTF
and this is what this issue describes - and also issue 83883, just in a a more
special way. Also issue 74236 describes that hard formats are not stored
correctly in RTF by OOo.
So please do not shout load at us (by using several exclamation and question
marks), we are able to hear you. So please explain why it is not similar or
duplicate.
Additionally attach a sample document - you should have read about this in the
issue submitting guidelines.
