Reproducible with "Ooo-Dev 3.3.0 multilingual version English UI WIN XP:
[DEV300m71 (Build 9481)]", trying to open document from OOo file dialog will
open document in WRITER.
Same with 3.1.1 from OOo file dialog.
3.1.1 will open document in CALC after double click in Explorer.
