The bug is definitively not in the browser. Here a better description:

- go to http://www.openoffice.org/
- then log in at the upper right of the OOo webpage

This works and tells you that you are logged in.

- now click on the upper left of this page to return to OOo's main webpage

Result: the upper right of the page tells you that you are not logged in.

I verified this bug under Win2000, WinXP, WinXP64bit, Win7 by using Firefox
3.0.3, Firefox 3.6, IE7 and IE 8. (Cookies and JavaScript was in all cases
enabled.)
I just phoned a colleague who's working under SuSe Linux using Firefox and he
gets the same bug.
