To reproduce this issue, create a chart - a bar graph for example in one sheet.
Then change the color of the axis from default grey to some other color - for
example black. Now copy the chart and paste it in another sheet of the same Calc
file. Expected behavior is see an identical copy of the chart pasted into a new
location. Observed behavior is that the axis color of chart is reverted (from
black) to the default grey color. 

This happens when the chart is pasted into a new Calc file or an Impress file. 
I am using OOo 3.2.0 OOO320m12 (Build:9483) downloaded from the Openoffice.org
website on Ubuntu Linux.
