Today I almost submitted a paper with a misformatted headline because the formatting got lost on saving and I didn't re-open the file to check if everything still looked like it did when I saved. This is quite simply the most serious bug in Writer IMO. I'm surprised it didn't block OOo 3.2 seeing as it was submitted well before relase.
